THIS ONE'S FOR YOU

To me the most beautiful gift is a song. A song is immaterial, solely intentions, using music as its vehicle, and written for this one person.
A song is passed onto another, with voice and memory as its carriers.

This One’s For You  is a work in progress; a series of short films about people who have written a song for somebody.

Their passion or hate found it's way into a song. This passion makes all filmed people equal. Whether famous, unknown, young or old.

Dutch Stichting ThuiskopieFonds financed a pilot of three shorts.
